Get the physical and mental benefits of a gentle dance-based movement class as you bond with your mini & build connection with other adult participants! This 45-minute class is recommended for parents & caregivers with babies 0-18 months old. We will move, sway, rock, and step to a fun upbeat 90s playlist.

Need movement alternatives or to take a break? No problem! We encourage & celebrate going at your own pace and pausing when you need to (or when baby demands it). No prior dance experience is needed to enjoy this class.
