BabyGym 2 FIRM FOUNDATIONS SUMMERSTRAND
Parents and babies are welcome to join BabyGym 2 when the baby is 6 weeks and older*. This makes BabyGym 2: Firm Foundations ideal for parents on maternity or paternity leave.
The programme includes a 1-hour class once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.
In just five weeks, you will learn how to:
• Massage your baby from head to toe to relax your baby, strengthen your bond, stimulate the sense of touch, and calm your baby’s nervous system.
• Awaken your baby’s senses according to the natural sequence of sensory development: touch, movement and balance, smell, taste, hearing, and sight.
• Make tummy time fun while strengthening your baby’s muscles so that when your little one is awake, they are eager to move and explore.
You will end the programme with the cutest BabyGym graduation ceremony imaginable.
BabyGym 2 equips your little one to move, explore, build strength, and refine important early skills. It is the perfect preparation for reaching those exciting motor milestones.
*6 weeks is calculated from 40 weeks gestation, not the birth date.
NATURE OF CLASSES
This is an informal and interactive programme. Parents and babies are seated on the floor throughout – it is best to dress comfortably. The classes include theoretical and practical sessions and welcome your questions.
