Little Miracle – Baby Yoga For babies aged 6 weeks to 1 year

📍 Location: OAP Association Hall, Chapel Street, Forfar
Join us for a joyful and nurturing 4-week Baby Yoga course that’s specially designed for both you and your baby. These sessions are inspired by yoga—not traditional yoga—and absolutely no prior experience is needed.
Classes are fun, relaxed, and baby-led, with plenty of nursery rhymes, songs, and sensory play to keep your little one engaged and happy throughout.

What to Expect:
Each class is a gentle blend of baby-inspired movement, parent-friendly stretches, sensory play, and lots of songs and rhymes that babies love. We always end with a relaxing wind-down session for you both.
These sessions are completely baby-led—whether you need to feed, change, or comfort your baby, you’re always encouraged to follow their cues.

• Deposits are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend due to medical reasons, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on a future course.
• Babies must have had their 6–8 week GP check before the course begins.
