Stretch, bond, and play with your little one in a gentle and fun Baby Yoga session! Perfect for caregivers and babies aged 3 months to pre-walking, this program incorporates simple yoga poses, playful movement, and soothing stretches designed to support your baby’s development and your own well-being.
Baby Yoga fosters connection, encourages mindfulness, and creates a space for you to relax, interact, and meet other caregivers. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring a yoga mat and baby blanket and enjoy this special time with your baby!
This program meets monthly at the Pike County Public Library (Lee Avenue), with the first session being held January 4th at 10:00. No registration is required. Participants must sign a waiver.
