Welcome to Baby Wearing: A Guide to Positioning, Safety & Comfort for Every Stage of Parenthood with Christine Jennings!

Join us at the Arbour Birth Centre for an informative and hands-on session all about the benefits of baby wearing. Learn how to safely and comfortably use a baby carrier, including proper positioning, carrier fit and techniques that support both you and your baby.

Whether you're expecting or already navigating life with your little one, you'll leave with practical tips and the confidence to wear your baby safely while promoting comfort, connection and everyday ease. Christine will provide some carriers for demonstration and trial use. Please also feel welcome to bring one or two carriers of your own (and your baby too of course!) you'd like to get carry support with.
