Let’s discuss the transition to motherhood. Aside from learning about diapers and feeding, we've all heard “when mom is happy, everyone is happy”. This is exactly what we'll be discussing and how mothers can be supported during this transition with as much information as possible. Understanding the connection between what happens to mom’s body, her mental load and the ability to enjoy this time is crucial for a happier journey. It's expected that you'll cry...but how much crying grants reaching out for additional support?
