Baby Steps is a supportive programme for parents and their young babies, helping you take those first steps to getting out and about.

We know that the early days with a newborn can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve experienced time in the NICU or birth complications. Or maybe you're in the early days of parenthood and looking to meet families going through the same experiences. You're not alone, and we’re here to support you through those early days and beyond.

Join our weekly Thursday morning stay & play coffee morning, a relaxed, welcoming space to meet other families who understand and connect with support from the TPN team.

Not feeling ready for a group just yet? You can also book a 1-to-1 session with one of our Coordinators. A gentle, private space to talk, reflect, and feel supported at your own pace.

Please book a place so we have an idea of numbers, but our start and finish times are like your babies, sometimes they're early, sometimes they're late. You'll always get a warm welcome even if you're not running on time!
