This fourth Thursday of the month Meet Up is for our Baby Mamas- those who are pregnant, trying to conceive or in their first two years postpartum. In this delicate and special season of motherhood there are a lot of ups and downs, it's easy to become isolated or unwell. We want this to be a safe space to discuss the topics surrounding this season, good, bad and hard with a special focus on self care, maternal mental health and GRACE.
There is childcare available for those who need it but please let us know if youll be utilizing it so we can staff it accordingly. Of course nursing infants are always welcome in group with mom!! **Please arrive about 10 minutes before the meet up starts to check your child in**
