Our “very demure” goats are known for their sweet, mellow demeanor—perfect companions for an evening stretch. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious first-timer, this is your invitation to unwind, breathe deeply, and share the mat with nature’s most charming zen masters.
As the sun dips behind the mountains, you’ll flow through a relaxing session, sip on cider if you choose, and bask in the glow of connection—between breath, body, and goat.

About RMGY Goat Yoga Lessons
At Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga (RMGY), we combine the joy of yoga with the playful energy of goats for an experience unlike any other. Here’s what to expect at our lessons:
45-Minute Goat Yoga Session: Enjoy a guided yoga class designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our playful goats bring laughter and joy to every pose.
15–30 Minute Photo Op Period: After the yoga session, spend time bonding with the goats. Pet them, hold them, and capture unforgettable moments with your new four-legged friends.
Our lessons are about more than just yoga—they’re about connecting with nature, sharing smiles, and creating memories with these sweet, gentle creatures. Bring your friends, your sense of humor, and a readiness to experience something truly special!

What to Bring & Helpful Tips
We’re excited to have you join us! Here are some suggestions to ensure you have the best experience possible:
* Water Bottle or Flask: Stay hydrated! Please bring a closed container to avoid spills.
* Sunscreen: For outdoor events, don’t forget to protect yourself from the sun.
* Layer Up: Bring a hoodie or jacket—even in the summer, temperatures can surprise you! For winter events, dress warmly to stay cozy.
* Comfortable Clothing: Wear athletic wear you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Closed-back shirts are recommended, as goat hooves may leave a scratch or two.
* Hair Tie: Goats love hair, so keep it tied back if you’d like to avoid any playful nibbles.
* Camera: Capture the fun—these moments are worth remembering!
* Smiles & Friends: The more, the merrier. Come ready to share good vibes!
* Carpool: If possible, carpool to help reduce traffic and parking congestion.
* Yoga Mats Available:
Rent one on-site for $6, or save $1 when you purchase one from us during the event.
* Support Our Volunteer Yoga Teachers:
Our yoga teachers generously donate their time or work at a significantly reduced cost to support our mission and help sustain our rescue organization. They’re here because they believe in the joy and healing these goats bring to our community. If you feel moved to show your appreciation, a $2 - $5 gratuity is always encouraged and go a long way in supporting their efforts!

All proceeds from our offerings directly fund our efforts to rescue goats and socialize them for therapy. Thanks to your support, we’ve grown to include four community sanctuary locations, 60 goats, and a thriving community of mission-aligned supporters. Together, we’re changing perspectives about goats and the impact they can have.
When you attend RMGY events, you help someone with dementia experience a better quality of life through memory care therapy. Your support also helps rescue goats, giving them a safe, loving home—far from the grim reality of livestock auctions and the unfortunate situations many face.

Community Guidelines for Refunds, Reschedules, and Transfers
At Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga (RMGY), we strive to create a positive and flexible experience for everyone. While we aim to accommodate as much as possible, the following policies help ensure smooth operations and fairness for all participants.
Reschedules and Transfers
- Flexible Rescheduling: Life happens! Guests are welcome to reschedule their lesson time once at no additional cost.
Transfer Fee: If you’d like to transfer your lesson to someone else, we’re happy to help for a small $5 processing fee.
- No-Show Policy: Please notify us if you can’t make it. Unfortunately, if guests miss their scheduled or rescheduled lesson without prior notification, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Weather and Capacity Adjustments
- Weather Cancellations: Your safety and comfort are important to us. If lessons are cancelled due to weather, tickets will be transferred to a future lesson of your choice.
- Capacity Requirements: If lessons are cancelled due to low attendance or other capacity concerns, we’ll gladly transfer your tickets to a future lesson at your convenience.
Ticket Pricing and Discounts
- Discount Codes: We love offering promotions! However, please ensure discount codes are applied at the time of purchase, as we’re unable to apply them retroactively or refund partial orders.
- Pricing Variations: Ticket prices may vary between events and locations. In cases where ticket prices decrease after your purchase, refunds cannot be provided. Conversely, if transferring tickets to an event with a higher cost, guests will be responsible for paying the difference.
