2. Honor the SilenceOnce the sound bath begins, we ask that all participants remain quiet. Gentle breathing, stillness, and presence enhance the experience for everyone.
3. Respect the GoatsOur goats are rescues and part of our healing mission. Let them approach you naturally—no grabbing, chasing, or feeding. Gentle petting is welcome when they come to you.
4. Stay Grounded and AwareThe goats may wander among guests during the sound journey. Please stay aware of your surroundings, and use slow, calm movements to avoid startling them.
5. Phones on SilentPhones must be silenced or turned off during the event. Photography is allowed before or after the sound bath, not during.
6. Bring What You NeedWe recommend a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Dress in layers for comfort, and consider bringing an eye mask for deeper relaxation.
7. Honor the Space and Each OtherThis is a judgment-free, inclusive gathering. Please show kindness and acceptance to all beings present, and avoid disruptive behavior.
