Baby Classes held at Tuneful Journey
Babies develop more than one million new neural connections every second! Want to learn how you can optimize your baby’s development from day one? Learn from an experienced pediatric physical therapist and lactation consultant.
These group classes will incorporate infant massage, stretches (think baby yoga), sensory and gross motor activities to help baby feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies.
9:00-10:00am Massage, Movement, and Milestones: (0-6 months old) Help set your baby up for success with their milestones and bond with your baby while learning infant massage techniques, tips for making tummy time a success, and more!
10:15-11:15am Moving and Cruising: (6 months -12 month) Once your baby is sitting upright, they are ready to move and explore their world! Learn how to facilitate crawling, pulling to stand, cruising (aka furniture walking), and taking their first steps!
*Sign up for a class and you will be eligible for a free physical therapy screening for any body tension, turn preference, head flattening, or delayed motor milestones.
