Baptist Health’s Baby Care Basics class is designed to help first-time parents learn the practical skills and essential information they’ll need during their baby’s first three months.
Offered in person and as a pre-recorded class, this course covers the everyday basics of caring for your newborn, so you can feel more prepared when baby arrives. 🍼

🛁 Infant care basics, from diapering to bathing
😴 Safe swaddling and Safe Sleep guidelines
💆 Infant massage
👀 Understanding comfort cues
🍼 Feeding tips
🩺 When to call the doctor
