So many new parents focus on the birth of their baby and so few prepare for parenting their newborn, breastfeeding, and their early postpartum season. Many new parents feel blind sided. They take to Google in the dead of night or follow parenting accounts on social media. Don't let that be you! Let's set you up for success.
We know that parents today have the ability to access unlimited information. You can register for a virtual class and research parenting hacks on Reels.
However, this class offers you the unique opportunity to join a group of like-minded parents who live in your community. You will meet and develop personal relationships with your instructors Kathy Paul, Certified Birth Doula, Certified Postpartum Doula, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and Owner of Meadowlark Birth and Andrea Evinger, Certified Postpartum Doula and Owner of Nestled in Postpartum. Kathy and Andrea are both experienced moms. We were unprepared first time parents so we get it.
We can't wait to support you and help you answer these questions so your special time to bond with your newborn during early postpartum is not a time of stress. Rather, it is a time of healing, relationship building, and bliss.
