Baby & Toddler Swimming Lessons for Teacher Training 21st July 2026

Come and enjoy a swimming lesson with your baby/toddler, taught by a new teacher under the supervision of internationally recognised STA Swimming Tutors.
Swimming lessons typically cost between £9 and £18 per session, depending on the provider. As part of this year’s teacher training programme, we are offering a swimming lesson for just £5 per lesson (plus booking fee).
Parents/guardians in the water for all lessons.
Lessons will take place at Barry Road Pool on Tuesday 21st July 2026, with all proceeds going towards the upkeep of this historic facility. Built in 1903, Barry Road Pool is the oldest swimming pool in Northampton and remains an important part of the local community.
By taking part, you'll not only benefit from an affordable swimming lesson but also help preserve a valued piece of Northampton's heritage.
