Join us for our Baby & Me Yoga Class Series at the Rec Center! Starting on August 4, 2024, this series is designed for parents and their little ones to experience the joys of yoga together.What to Expect:
-Gentle yoga exercises tailored for parents and babies.
-A supportive and relaxed environment for bonding.
-Opportunities to connect with other parents and their babies.
Class Details:
Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Cost: $20 per class
