Find community and support in a postnatal yoga class with Amy Bidrman. Amy has been involved with the childbirth community in Calgary since 1999 and leads a relaxing yet strong practice.This six-week session will focus on all of the areas affected by holding, supporting and feeding another human being. We will release tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders. We will open softly into greater ranges of movement and strengthen the space we create. Pelvic floor and foundational core strengthening will offer support and increased confidence.
Amy leads an inclusive and encouraging class that will leave you refreshed, stronger, feeling nurtured and standing taller.
Bring baby along with you for this class ages 4-6 weeks up to crawling.
