Baby & Me Yoga

Join Heather and her 5 month old daughter in a baby and me yoga class! This class is welcome to a care giver and their pre crawler. Please bring your own mat and anything your baby may need during the hour we will be together. Nursing is welcomed. Show up as you are. The intention is you leave class feeling more grounded and connected to your body and in tune with baby. We will have a short meditation, share circle and do some relaxing and fun poses. This is a 5 week series on Thursdays 9-10am starting November 20th. You may sign up for one class at a time or sign up for all 5 at a discount. Only 8 spots available so reserve your spot asap.
