Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating postnatal yoga class designed for new parents and your bundle of joy! This five-week series is perfect occasions for birthing parent and new baby to bond over mindful yoga postures & breathing exercises, while your baby is stimulated physically, emotionally and socially. Expect postures to enhance strength, flexibility & balance, which help restoration & healing after delivery in a supportive and welcoming environment.

No previous yoga experience is necessary - just come as you are and enjoy some peaceful time with your baby 🌸

About the facilitator: Angora has 13 years of experience with yoga and is a RYT, RYPT, certified singing bowl healer and birth doula. Committed to teaching yoga as an embodied experience from trauma-informed approach, she is a firm believer that yoga is a transformative and transcending lifestyle for higher realization. In recent years, she has introduced a softer, more feminine touch in her teaching and practice - teaching prenatal yoga has shown her the genuine meanings of surrendering and releasing control, as well as the way to truly honour and listen to our bodies.
