Looking for a way to stretch, bond, and play with your little one? 👶🏽
Join our Baby & Me Yoga class, designed for caregivers and babies (3 months to crawling).
✨ 30 minutes of gentle yoga and stretching with your baby by your side (on the mat or in a carrier). Tummy time and stretches for the baby too!
✨ Followed by 30 minutes of open play time in our play area for babies to explore while parents connect.
A relaxing, supportive environment for both you and your baby—movement for you, bonding and play for them. 💕
