A Galentine's Day Workshop Celebrating Feminine Strength

You'll leave knowing:

• How to trust your instincts and act on them before a situation escalates
• Simple, effective physical techniques (strikes, releases, escapes)
• How to use everyday objects (keys, water bottles, your voice) as tools
• The confidence to move through the world knowing you're capable of defending yourself

This workshop teaches internal safety + external readiness because real safety is built from the inside out.

Who This Is For:

• Women & non-binary folx who want practical self-defense they can actually use
• Anyone who's ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe and didn't know what to do
• Those wanting a shared, empowering experience for the young protectress (14+)—daughter, niece, friend—in their life

No prior experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing & closed-toe shoes
• Water bottle
• Willingness to practice

Partnership: Hosted in partnership with Babe Walls, a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports and celebrates women and non-binary artists worldwide. 10% of proceeds will support their mission as a safe place for women and non-binary folx, who not only have made their name in the mural world, but to also give opportunities to up and coming artists that don’t know how to make the first step.

Your Instructor: Alison Bosworth is a former FBI analyst, martial arts black belt, and founder of Strong is Beautiful. She teaches with a grounded, empowering approach because confidence, not fear, is your greatest protection.
