After the sell-out success of Chapter Two, we're excited to announce that Chapter Three is coming, and this one has a view.🌊

Chapter Three — South Deep, Parkstone Bay Marina, Poole Thursday 16th July from 6pm

Your evening includes:

– A refined two-course dinner

– A signature welcome drink (non-alcoholic option available)

Lighting, layout and flow are all intentional. Food is the connector — not the focus.

– Golden Chicken Schnitzel lemon, garlic, parsley butter, papaya chutney, rocket salad & skin-on fries

– Pan-Fried Fillet of Sea Bass new potatoes, samphire, tomato & herb vinaigrette (GF)

– Slow-Cooked Provençal Vegetables tomato, garlic and basil tossed through rigatoni pasta (VE)

Evening Flow

6:00pm — Arrival & Welcome Drink. A relaxed arrival and gentle start to the evening.

6:30pm — Opening Moment & First Course. A short welcome to frame the night, followed by the first course and conversation.

7:15pm — Second Course. Conversations deepen as dinner continues and connections begin to take shape.

8:00pm — The Shift. A considered moment to move seats and spark new conversations.

9:00pm — Gentle Close. An unhurried finish, with space to linger for longer.
