It's that time again B3's Annual Chili Cookoff BUT from now on it will be known as The Annual Jeff Yates Memorial Chili Cookoff. Many of you know we lost our good friend Jeff Yates earlier this year, and we've decided to turn our annual Chili Cookoff into a fundraiser for Epilepsy in his honor. All proceeds will be donated to The Epilepsy Foundation of Texas. It is a 501(c)3 tax ID 74-2141084. Everything about the cookoff will remain pretty much the same but we hope to grow it bigger add in some vendors and raise money for Epilepsy too. Top 3 places will still receive trophies as well as People's Choice Award. However, this year we will be taking donations for armbands to those who wish to participate in tasting the different teams chili & voting for People's Choice. Those who wish can donate $1 or $20, it's totally up to you & it's for The Epilepsy Foundation of Texas. The entry fee is $25 per team per entry. Rules and sign up sheets are available at B3 just ask the bartender. If you are nit able to go by B3 to sign up, you can sign up by #1 Call/text me and I'll sign up your team, I will email you the rules and we can take your entry fee by cash app, venmo, paypal , zelle, etc... We hope to see yall out there and please share and pass the word around.
