B Real Co Barre Class at Barre3

You're invited to join B Real Co for a 45-minute, free barre class at Barre3 in the Third Ward on Sunday, September 29th at 11:30am! 🎉

Barre3 owner, Jamie Tamboli, will lead us through a fun, low impact barre class.

Please bring a friend, significant other or come by yourself. This class is free to you but please register to reserve your spot. We'll both be there ready to get our movement in with you. We hope to see you there!

**Helpful Tips:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check in.
• Socks are required when in the studio. You do not wear gym shoes during class, socks only.
• Lockers are available to safely secure items during class.
• Barre classes are accessible to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or fitness expert.

What is Barre3 Signature class? Barre3 Signature is a full-body, efficient workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. You will be guided through heart-revving large-range moves, muscle-building isometric holds, and grounding guided breathwork. All fitness levels are welcome and Jamie does a great job at giving modifications every step of the way.

Where do I park for the event? There are 2 off-street parking structures located at 212 N. Milwaukee Street and 225 E. Chicago Street. Parking fee is $6 for up to 2 hours. There is on-street parking available all around the Third Ward. No payment required at metered spaces on Sundays.
