Azul is an embodied awakening practice using dance as our modality. We dance free style with gentle guidance and prompts. There’s no way to do it wrong! Bring friends and give it a try! We’re a growing community of movers and seekers and you will be warmly welcomed. The container is safe and non judgmental and all are welcome $22 in advance and $25 at the door
