Experience a mindful and gentle form of yoga designed to balance the entire system, bringing harmony to mind, body, and soul. This class features gentle holds, resting between postures, gentle breathwork, and a guided shavasana relaxation at the end. Based on the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, this practice is meant to balance the elemental energy within, known as the Doshas.
Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
