In this workshop we will explore the importance of skincare based on your dosha (skin's constitution).
- Why it's important to take care of maturing skin.
- How to take care of your skin properly.
- The steps of a good skin care routine.
- How winter affects your skin and the additional care needed to compensate.
Skincare doesn't have to be complicated or expensive!
There are some very simple things you can do to ensure your skin remains healthy and beautiful as you age.
There will be a skin nourishing herbal tea served throughout the workshop & you will also receive an information booklet to take home.
The workshop is 20$ & this fee can be used towards an Ayurvedic facial or the purchase of our Ayurvedic facial products.
