Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, this training explores facial and head rejuvenation as a therapeutic, nervous-system-supportive practice, as well as a cosmetic technique.

🕉️ Foundational Ayurvedic teachings shared with clarity and care
🫶 Daily hands-on learning through giving and receiving facials
What you’ll learn:
~ Ayurvedic doshas and how they express through the skin
~ Marma points of the face, head, neck, shoulders, hands, and feet
~ Full Champi & Mukha Abhyanga head and facial rejuvenation protocol
~ Garshana (dry skin exfoliation)
~ Herbal steaming, masking, and nourishment
~ Use of tools such as Kansa wands, gua sha, rollers, facial cups, and essential oils
~ How to offer this work in a way that is grounded, ethical, and embodied
