Your Body Has a Blueprint.
Ayurveda Reads It. Discover your Dosha, learn healing mantras, and bring Ayurveda into daily life
About this Event

Most of us know something is off long before we can name it. Energy dips at the same time each day. Certain foods leave us depleted, others energised. Stress lands differently depending on the season. Ayurveda has been mapping these patterns for over 5,000 years — and this workshop gives you the map.

In this 7-hour intensive at Yogicescape Prenzlauer Berg, Neha Pugalia — founder of Yogicescape and Ayurveda practitioner with 22+ years of teaching experience across the globe — guides you through the core principles of Ayurvedic science: your Dosha, daily rituals for energy and clarity, healing herbs and teas, and mantra meditation to reset the nervous system. Not as abstract philosophy, but as tools you can use on Monday morning.

You will leave with a personalised Dosha analysis, a written daily practice, and a deeper understanding of how your body, mind, and breath are already in conversation — waiting to be heard. Yoga Alliance YACEP certified.

The Pillars of Your Practice

Four practices. One day. Tools you will carry for life.

01

Your Dosha, Decoded

Vata, Pitta, or Kapha — or a unique combination of all three. Learn to read your constitutional blueprint and understand why your body responds the way it does to food, stress, and the changing seasons.

02

Sacred Sound & Mantra

Mantra is not chanting for the sake of it. Each syllable carries vibration that measurably affects the nervous system. Learn the mantras that correspond to your Dosha and integrate them into daily meditation.

03

Dinacharya — Your Daily Ritual

Dinacharya means daily routine in Sanskrit. Ayurveda teaches that how you begin and end your day shapes everything in between. We build yours — morning practices, mealtimes, and wind-down rituals tailored to your constitution.

04

Herbs, Asana & Integration

From Ayurvedic teas and healing spices to postures that balance your Dosha — this final block connects all the threads. You leave with a written practice plan and clarity on what to do when you get home.

Your Day, Step by Step

From foundation to integration — here is exactly how the day unfolds.

12:30 – 14:00

Introduction to Ayurveda

Understand the three Doshas — Vata, Pitta, Kapha — discover your unique constitutional type, and learn the core principles of Ayurvedic science and Sanskrit pronunciation.

14:00 – 15:00

Ayurvedic Daily Routine (Dinacharya)

Map your daily routine against Ayurvedic timing — when to eat, when to move, when to rest. Discover how small shifts in rhythm create lasting energy and mental clarity.

15:00 – 16:00

Asana Practice for Dosha Balance

A guided yoga practice tailored to constitutional types. Learn how to adjust postures, pace, and breath to bring your Dosha back into equilibrium — on and off the mat.

17:00 – 18:00

Ayurvedic Herbs & Teas

From turmeric and ashwagandha to tulsi and cardamom — taste, explore, and understand which herbs support your constitution. Learn how to use food and spice as daily medicine.

18:00 – 19:00

Mantra Meditation & Pranayama

A guided 60-minute practice combining Dosha-specific mantras with pranayama breathwork. The heart of the day — expect stillness, sacred sound, and a full nervous system reset.

19:00 – 19:30

Integration & Closing

Build your personal Ayurvedic action plan, bring your questions, and close with a group meditation. You leave with clarity, not just knowledge.
