Join us for a special Ayurveda themed Tea Party where we will spill the tea on Doshas! Newbies to Ayurveda welcome! In Ayurveda, Doshas are the 3 qualities (Pitta, Kapha & Vata) representing the elements earth, fire, water, air and space, which are substances that make up our mind & body.
Bring an appetite and enjoy holistic Ayurveda snacks prepared by Chef Ry, paired with local Herbs & Kettles line of dosha teas. Meet Poorvi Chordia, founder behind Herbs & Kettles and take their dosha quiz! Chef Ry, also an Ayurveda Wellness Coach will walk you through your personal dosha analysis to understand how to eat for your dosha and personal wellness.
