The 5-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse and Rejuvenation Program is a holistic experience designed to detoxify the body, balance the mind, and revitalize the spirit. Rooted in Ayurvedic principles, this program offers nourishing meals, herbal remedies, daily self-care practices, and guided meditations to support your well-being.This gentle cleanse will help release toxins, restore digestive health, and revitalize your natural energy. Ideal for resetting after periods of stress or imbalance, the program promotes clarity, vitality, and harmony.
The program begins with a one-hour workshop on Thursday, March 20th, and is complemented by additional supportive meetups throughout the week. We highly encourage attending breathwork and yoga classes during the cleanse to enhance your experience.
Encouraged Meetups (attendance optional but recommended):
Friday, 3/21 at 7:15 p.m. – Breathwork class at San Marco Studio
Saturday & Sunday, 3/22-3/23 at 7:00 a.m. – Sunrise session, location TBD
Monday, 3/24 at 5:45 p.m. – Breathwork class at San Marco Studio
Wednesday 3/25 at 7:15 p.m. – Breathwork session and celebration
Investment: $99 for members / $115 for future members*
