We’re excited to welcome another outside collaboration into Thrivewell Hub as we continue expanding our space as a place for shared wisdom, learning, and community.Join us for an introductory workshop into Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest and most respected systems of holistic health. Rooted in thousands of years of tradition, Ayurveda offers a timeless approach to balance, vitality, and overall well-being.
This experience will introduce core principles of Ayurvedic living in a way that feels both accessible and practical, offering insight into how small, intentional shifts can support a more aligned and vibrant life.

Facilitated by:
Dr. Pratibha Shah is a Doctor of Ayurveda (BAMS, MD Ayurveda) and MPH, and a globally recognized leader in holistic health. As CEO of My Ayurved LLC, she has brought Ayurvedic education and wellness practices to a wide audience, with work that has reached institutions such as the White House, the Department of Health & Human Services, and the Consulate General of India.
She has been featured as an expert in international documentaries on Ayurveda, recognized among Boston’s Top 20 Women of the Year, and serves as Founder/President of multiple nonprofit initiatives. Dr. Shah also offers consultations worldwide and has developed her own organic herbal line.
Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern life, making Ayurveda both approachable and deeply impactful.
