Has supported someone - past or present - accessing mental health services? Why not join our forum this month and meet other carers.

What to expect:

• Insightful discussions on mental health topics that matter to carers
• Your rights & support options as a carer
• Guest input from a range of support organisations
• Facilitated by Engagement & Carers staff and Advocacy Services
• Safe, supportive environment to share your views, learn, and connect

This month:

We will be joined by You Matter Always who will be with us for the first hour to explore wellbeing, empowerment and much more. The second half of the forum is always a safe space for carers to connect and experience peer support over a cuppa and light refreshments. Our group is supported by the engagement officer from Mental Health Services, Carers Gateway North Ayrshire, Voiceability, Drug and Alcohol Services and wider teams from across Ayrshire.
