Deine Einführung in den innovativen Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Unter qualifizierter Anleitung tauchst Du ein in den fließenden Yoga. Du lernst die traditionelle erste Serie des Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga mit einem Repertoire an Modifikationen, die auf Deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse angepasst sind.

Pro Event 8 wöchentliche Termine zur angegebenen Zeit! Die genauen Termine findest Du hier.

Als Gesundheitskurs anerkannt! Wenn Du alle 8 Termine teilnimmst, erhältst Du eine Bescheinigung, die Du bei der Krankenkasse einreichen kannst. Damit kannst Du einen Teil der Kursgebühren zurückerstattet bekommen. Versäumte Termine können unter Umständen nachgeholt werden.

Während der Laufzeit des Kurses kannst Du außerdem an den offenen Mysore-Stunden teilnehmen, um das Gelernte unter Aufsicht zu wiederholen und zu festigen.

Certified health course! When you attend all 8 dates you will receive a confirmation that you can submit to your German health insurance. In this way you can get a considerable part of the course fees refunded. Missed dates can under most circumstances be caught up on.

During the duration of the course you can also attend the open Mysore classes to repeat what you have learned under supervision.
