Through intentional touch, pressure points, breath, and nervous-system awareness, the body is guided into safety.

As the physical layers soften, life-force energy is invited to move, awaken, and circulate naturally—without force, without expectation.

With two facilitators holding the field, the work unfolds in a deeply supported way.One presence grounds the body, creating regulation and containment.

The other activates the energetic current, allowing vitality, intuition, and inner intelligence to rise.

Together they hold a dual field of stability and expansion—where the body feels safe enough to release, and the energy feels free enough to flow.

Participants may experience:

​How to prepare:

- Do not eat anything dense 3 hours prior to session. Fruit is ok. Much better if you come fasting.

- Do not consume any drugs or alcohol 24 hrs prior the session.

- Wear comfortable clothes.

- Please arrive few minutes early and bring a mat and bottle of water.
