This workshop offers an experience that treats the body as both the anchor and the gateway for transformation. Through intentional touch, pressure points, breath, and nervous‑system awareness, the body is guided into a state of deep safety and receptivity. As the physical layers soften, life‑force energy is invited to awaken and flow organically—without force and without expectation. With two facilitators holding the field, one presence grounds and regulates the physical body, while the other activates the energetic current, encouraging intuition, vitality, and inner intelligence to rise. Together, they create a dual field of stability and expansion—a space where the body feels safe to release and energy feels free to move.
