AWH4T x RJIOK: Restorative Leadership & Accountability
About this Event
Restorative Leadership & Accountability: Strengthening Staff Capacity to Navigate Trauma & Burnout
Leading a team comes with real power and real responsibility. In complex systems, that responsibility can easily become a burden—leaving leaders feeling responsible for holding everything together, solving every problem, and absorbing the stress of their teams.
This interactive training explores a different way of leading: What becomes possible when who we are informs how we lead?
Participants will explore how being grounded, differentiated, and restorative can help leaders navigate complexity without carrying it all themselves. Through restorative practice, reflection, and shared learning, leaders will strengthen their capacity to use their positional power with intention, build transformational relationships with their teams, and create conditions where people can navigate conflict, share responsibility, and show up in healthier and more sustainable ways.
This training will conclude AWH4T’s three-part Equity and Justice series, presented by the Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma.
