Please don’t forget to RSVP. I know that some of you won’t be able to attend, and you will certainly be missed — but this is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow members and celebrate a terrific year of photography. I hope many of you can join us.
People’s Choice Award:
Please bring one matted or mounted print for entry.
• Minimum size: 8×10
• Maximum size: 16×20
• One image per person
• Please avoid using any of your top 15 images from the Year-End competition
• No signatures or watermarks
• Prints do not need to be framed — if they are, please remove the glass (safety first!)
Each person in attendance (including guests) will receive one vote, and you may not vote for your own image.
Volunteers Needed:
We are looking for 2–3 people for setup and 3–4 people for cleanup.
Setup includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, and organizing prints.
Cleanup includes vacuuming, stacking chairs, trash, and general wrap-up.
Volunteers should arrive around 11:00 AM.
