Join us for an unforgettable evening with Giles Duley, award-winning photographer, writer, and CEO of the Legacy of War Foundation. In 'Building Resilience', Giles shares his powerful story and the intimate human narratives he has captured over two decades of documenting conflict around the world.Giles’ work reveals the strength and dignity of those living through the unimaginable. His own life took a dramatic turn in 2011, when he lost both legs and an arm after stepping on an IED in Afghanistan. Rather than ending his career, the injury deepened his perspective , making his storytelling even more urgent, raw, and profound.
This talk is a rare opportunity to hear from one of the most important photographic voices of our time.
