About this Event

Roastery Modus has partnered with Tim of Timdrinkscoffee, to highlight and promote the vast range of Philippines specialty coffee. This event is in tandem with a large scale tree planting initiative to support emerging farmers and provide resources for the future generations.

The Philippines grows a range of coffee, specialty, as well as arabica and robusta. Many producers are pioneering both new and old school processes, as well as a healthy competitive market ripe with various competitions from the farm level, to the barista counter.

As we've taken a stake of the seedling initiative, we also want to show off what the Philippines has to offer. Join us for a journey in taste alongside an informative discussion on the direction of specialty coffee within the Philippines. Tasters can expect:

• mixed with both new and old school processing
• various varietals
• award winning lots
• & first year harvests
  Since coffees are limited, the tasting event is only availble to 20 people. RSVP is required via this page.

All proceeds for this event will be sent back to the Phillipines for the initiative.
