Get ready for another great year of Awana at Green Valley Baptist Church! Awana is a fun, Bible-centered program where kids build friendships, play games, learn Scripture, and grow in their understanding of the Gospel.

$40 per child
Open to kids ages 4 through 5th grade in Fall 2026
What is Awana?
The name Awana comes from “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed,” based on 2 Timothy 2:15. Each week, kids experience a mix of games, small-group handbook time, Scripture memory, and large-group Bible teaching.
Age Groups
Cubbies: Pre-K
Sparks: Kindergarten–2nd Grade
T&T (Truth & Training): 3rd–5th Grade
At Awana, kids aren't just memorizing Bible verses—they're learning what God's Word means, how it points them to the Gospel, and how to live out their faith.
