In this level I class, you'll enjoy engaging exercises and calming meditations to help you move heavy energy using your intuition. You'll learn about energy and begin sensing different energy fields around you. We'll explore various fun methods to receive messages from the etheric world and discover which channel feels strongest for you. Participants will have the opportunity to draw aura pictures for each other and receive one to take home. Sharing our drawings as a group celebrates how each person receives messages uniquely and highlights the beautiful similarities among us.
