I'm so excited to let you know that I have finalised details for my next seasonal mini-retreat. 'Awakening to Spring' will be held in the beautiful space of St John’s Place, Salisbury. Expect a morning of slow and mindful movement, as we gently emerge from the darker months of winter, and move into the light and new growth of spring. I will guide you through restorative yoga, breathwork, and end with a nourishing yoga nidra practice.
Homemade refreshements will be available, and each student will take home a goody bag of handmade products.
