We will realign ourselves to the rhythm of life with fluidity and ease, cultivating vitality and immunity as we drop into the depths of spring. Remember, we are all connected through an ocean of energy (Qi) to each other, nature, the earth, and the universe. The energy of our heart is connection.
Elizabeth, an expert in Spiritual, Shamanic and Sound healing, will continue your journey with a guided meditation, focused on the depths of springtime. You will move into a space of relaxation as you are bathed in the sound frequencies from the Himalayan bowls and healing energies, ocean drum, and Koshi chimes.
The Wild Pharma will provide a bespoke tea to support our journey.
