Kickstart the New Year with Awakening to Possibility, weekly Kadampa Meditation classes designed to help you create lasting change. In this series, you will learn how to transform old thought patterns and cultivate a mind filled with clarity, optimism, and peace.
Through guided meditations and practical Buddhist teachings led by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden, you will learn the tools to overcome mental obstacles, reduce stress and negative emotions, develop inner peace, and unlock new possibilities for happiness and personal growth.
This series is perfect for anyone looking to approach the new year with a fresh mindset and a heart open to transformation. These classes are suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone Welcome!
Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
About this series: This 4 week series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
