We’re gathering in Tulum for a week to move, breathe, sing, explore, and be together — simply and intentionally.
This retreat weaves yoga, meditation, breathwork, kirtan, and ceremony with time spent in the places that make this land so special: the ruins, the cenotes, the ocean, the jungle.
Some days will be quiet.
Some days will be playful.
Some moments might feel tender, others grounding.
There’s no expectation to be “spiritual,” no pressure to transform, no role to perform. You don’t need to arrive with answers or intentions already figured out.
Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to show up as you are.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect with your body, sing with others, or spend meaningful time in nature — this week is an invitation to do that, gently.
