𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗼 (pronounced Dao), often translated as ‘The Way’, is a guiding principle that inspires us to live in harmony with nature and within ourselves, encouraging each of us to follow our unique path or destiny. It guides us to move with the natural flow of life, fostering balance, openness, and a deep connection to the whole.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, a revered text of ancient wisdom by Lao Tzu, offers reflections on life’s cycles, balance, and self-awareness — a perfect companion to explore a life lived with purpose, compassion, and inner peace.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙌𝙞𝙂𝙤𝙣𝙜?
𝗤𝗶𝗚𝗼𝗻𝗴 / Chi Kung (pronounced chee-gung) is an ancient practice that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and meditation. Typically performed standing, it can also be done sitting or lying down for the elderly and those recovering or with physical limitations.
"Qi" means 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, and "Gong" means practice. QiGong focuses on restoring the body, dissolving energy blockages, and cultivating strong life force energy, promoting unity among body, mind, breath, and spirit.
No prior experience is necessary — simply start where you are. Its low-impact movements are suitable for 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀.

Dr Lillian is a very well-studied Therapist and Metaphysical Healer based in Boksburg, East Rand. She offers a wide range of Holistic Services to support your Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Well-Being.
With over 25 years of experience in the Beauty and Wellness Industry, she's expanded her expertise to include Advanced Therapies and Healing Modalities.
Her journey began in the Beauty Industry, specialising in Hair and Makeup at Carlton Hair International. She still enjoys doing Wedding Hair and Makeup, Photoshoots, and Anti-Aging Facials. However, a Deeper Calling led her to pursue Metaphysical Studies, culminating a Ph.D. in Metaphysics.
