Please join us at the Goldfields Arts Centre for light refreshments as we launch ๐๐ช๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ก๐ - ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎIn Awakening, Jose Bacarreza invites viewers to cross the threshold between the visible and the imagined.
His paintings unfold as dreams suspended between ruin and rebirth โ where an abandoned car becomes a garden, a sleeping figure guards celestial eggs and nature itself awakens as consciousness.
Blending myth, memory and the Australian landscape, Bacarreza paints not what is seen, but what is remembered and felt โ the moment when light, matter and spirit meet.
