As you are gently guided into a state of conscious rest, the harmonious tones of sound bowls and other instruments wash over you, releasing tension and promoting profound inner peace.

Nimisha Gandhi is a functional medicine nutritionist, Ayurvedic counselor, Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher, Yoni Shakti practitioner, and conscious parenting coach. Her work is an alchemy of modern science and ancient wisdom. Nimisha is a fierce advocate of empowering and raising collective consciousness and healing the ways of the sacred feminine.
