Each week offers an experiential immersion in a different form of expression, inviting you to explore new ways of connecting with your inner life and with others.

As Swami Kriyananda notes in Art as a Hidden Message, creativity can open the heart, refine awareness, and support personal growth. We’ll explore how the creative spirit expresses itself through movement, language, drama, and song, and how these practices can help us feel more present, connected, and whole.

Each session is an opportunity to experiment, express, and share in a supportive, welcoming community. All are invited—no prior artistic experience or spiritual background needed.
