This signature 10-lesson workshop is a transformational journey into the foundational yogic tools of consciousness. Each of the 4 core themes is explored through two powerful sessions:
1. Breath (Pranayama)
Discover how conscious breathing regulates your nervous system amplifies energy and unlocks a calm grounded presence.
2. Asana Mudra & Bandha
Strengthen your body and refine your inner energy through movement sacred gestures and energy locks.
3. Sound & Vibration
Experience the profound effects of sound as a tool for healing deep rest and spiritual activation.
4. Mind & Meditation
Explore meditation techniques that bring clarity stillness and access to higher consciousness.
🌀 STRUCTURE OF THE JOURNEY
First Class of Each Theme (2 hours): Theory + Practice to build a strong foundation
Second Class of Each Theme (90 min): Deepening practice to embody and integrate the teachings
Final 2 Sessions (90 min each): Integration & consolidation of all 4 tools
